On the status of interaction with the civil-political organization "Belarusian Liberation Army"

The Commanders' Council of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment (hereinafter — the Regiment), having reviewed the submitted documents of the civil-political organization "Belarusian Liberation Army" (hereinafter — BLA), as well as the results of the analysis of its activities and the stated procedure of interaction, states the following:

The Kastus Kalinouski Regiment and its acting representatives are not founders or co-founders of the BLA, are not part of the organization, and are not subject to the decisions of the BLA.

The BLA is not a representative organization of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment and is not authorized to perform the functions of its representation in any form.

The Regiment does not use the symbols, insignia, or uniform elements of the BLA.

The symbols of the Regiment are subject to legal protection; their use in digital, printed, or other forms without prior written approval is prohibited.

In accordance with the decision of the Regiment's Commanders' Council, the public organization "Kalinoucy" has been founded. The official representative of the said organization is Yan "Belarus" Melnikau. Pavel "Dyadzka" Shurmei has been appointed as the temporary representative of the "Kalinoucy" Movement.
